CMC flexible selection of work efficiency, enables its high-speed model to meet the needs of of online weighing for mass production in workshops; the low-speed model can also be used for off-line weighing in the workshop, especially for full weighing detection of unstable products produced by capsule filling machine and tablet pressing machine during start-up and debugging, so as to reduce scrap and improve product yield.
When used off-line, CMC can also be used for sampling weighing detection in the production process, making it feasible to increase the sampling amount (Sample all modules at one time) and sampling frequency, so as to better control the drug weight.
