Introdution
CVS Automatic Capsule Weight Monitoring Machine can be used as a replacement of manual inspection of filling inaccuracy, even as an updated version of manual inspection. The machine keeps sampling automatically from the outlet of capsule filling machine to inspect weights, with a real-time monitor to display weights. When the weight exceeds setting range, it alarms operators and take out unqualified samples. Meantime, it isolates the risky-filled part of capsules and makes sure judged products are all right filled.
